At Seville Classics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization and furniture solutions. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and place it back into its original packaging with all included hardware and instruction manuals to ensure a smooth processing.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
